The weekend Festival opened with a Literary Lunch presenting Joanne Harris, best selling author of ‘Chocolat’ and  local author David McIntee.

Music featured the Leeds Symphony Orchestra playing the New World Symphony and the 1812 Overture.  The Crypt Club featured two impressive folk and blues bands.
