Linton Antique Society – The Antiques Market Today

with Caroline Hawley

As in other fields, the antique market is subject to the vagaries of fashion and is constantly changing. Auctioneer Caroline Hawley will explain the influences on the trade, including the internet and the proliferation of television programmes, and will illustrate what is hot and what is not in the world of antiques. Are you at the cutting edge of fashion?
She will also show what goes on behind the scenes in the television programmes like Flog It! in which she appears.
