This year we welcome two brilliant authors who have published two very different books.
Peter Moore’s Endeavour is probably the most topical book of the month, if not the year - marine archaeologists think they have just discovered the remains of Captain James Cook's ship off Newport USA, 250 years after it set sail from Whitby. Captained by James Cook, its discoveries of Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Australia changed the shape of European geographers' thinking about the world.
Contemporary artist Ed Kluz has produced a sumptuously illustrated & authoritative book on forgotten British architectural masterpieces, The Lost House Revisited.
Each will reveal the inspiration behind their book and sign copies after the Lunch.
