FESTIVAL TIME AGAIN!
4-12th OCTOBER!

 Welcome to May’s Festival Newsletter

Our 46th Wetherby Festival starts on FRIDAY 4TH OCTOBER and runs until 12th October.

The usual mix of films, music, comedy, drama, literature, tribute bands, orchestras, dance, craft and art workshops, walks, talks and wine and… extra added attractions!
We are adding, this year, a Comedy Poetry Competition with, yes, PRIZES!

We will be giving you full details next month but get your iambic pentameters and rhyming couplets together ready to impress the judges and maybe even read out your poem during the festival!

Updates are happening all of the time (for example, at our Literary Lunch the acclaimed writer Linda Green will be one of 2 authors you can meet) and we will be updating the website on new developments.

The full event schedule, together with the usual ticket-buying facility, will be available at wetherbyfestival.co.uk and we will be opening the Box Office for those of you who prefer physical tickets.

We will also have a full non-digital programme in your September edition of Excelle magazine as well in businesses and venues around Wetherby. For those of you on social media, we will keep you updated via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram..

So, put it in your diary… 4th-12th OCTOBER and we will send you more details SOON!
